Complimentary Screening Call Booking Policy The complimentary screening call is a 20-minute telephone conversation to determine whether EliTzi Services’ family logistics and contingency planning services are a suitable fit for your needs. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and may be scheduled up to 30 days ahead, subject to availability. EliTzi Services will call the telephone number provided at the scheduled time. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and that you are available to receive the call. You may cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice whenever possible. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may affect your ability to schedule another complimentary call. If you cannot be reached within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the call may be considered missed and will not be extended beyond the original appointment time. The screening call is limited to general fit, scope, timing, and next steps. It is not a planning consultation and does not include individualized recommendations, written materials, provider selection, appointment scheduling, transportation arrangements, direct care, or implementation assistance. Please provide only general information when booking. Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, insurance identification numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.
