EliTzi Services, Inc. (“EliTzi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, register for the Living Options Research Desk, use the EliTzi Member Portal, purchase services, participate in consultations, or engage EliTzi for Planning & Transition Services.
EliTzi provides research, planning, and organizational services designed to help individuals and families navigate care-related decisions and important life transitions.
Our services may involve information about clients, authorized family members, household responsibilities, residential preferences, care transitions, and other matters relevant to the agreed service.
We collect and use information according to the purposes described in this Policy and the applicable service arrangement.
The information we collect depends on how you interact with EliTzi and the services you request.
We may collect the following categories, as applicable:
• Contact and service information: name, email, optional telephone number, communication preferences, appointment details, inquiry content, and Fit Call information.
• Research registration and account information: selected Free/30-day/90-day membership, research areas of interest, consent acknowledgments, account identifiers, membership status, and access dates.
• Research activity: saved communities, comparison selections, research preferences, member notes, and decisions members choose to record.
• Payment and transaction information: billing identifiers, purchase amounts, payment status, refunds, and processor references. We do not store complete payment-card numbers or card-security codes in our operational databases.
• Website and technical information: IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, basic session and cookie data, and information generated through website technology.
We seek to collect information proportionate to the purpose for which it is needed.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, complete medical records, payment-card details, banking passwords, government identification documents, tax records, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms, Research Desk registration, free-text research notes, ordinary email, or Call booking forms.
Where sensitive information is genuinely needed for an agreed engagement, EliTzi will provide instructions for an appropriate submission method. Do not use EliTzi's ordinary website forms or Research Desk for emergencies.
We receive information directly from individuals, authorized representatives, website forms, Wix booking tools, Member Portal activity, consultations, secure intake processes, service agreements, and connected payment or business systems.
We use it to respond to inquiries; arrange Calls; review service suitability; register and authenticate members; administer Free and Paid Research Desk access; maintain saved research and comparisons; process payments, renewals and refunds; communicate about services; protect systems; maintain records; and comply with contractual or legal obligations.
We do not use submitted information to diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or make independent clinical decisions.
Where offered, recording or AI-assisted note-taking is subject to the choices and any separate consent required by applicable law. If a client declines optional recording or AI-assisted note-taking, EliTzi may use standard written notes instead, to the extent that method is available for the consultation.
Transcripts and automated summaries can contain errors or omit context. EliTzi reviews material information before using it in client deliverables. Authorized technology providers may process recordings or notes when reasonably required for consultation support, preparation, quality review, recordkeeping, or resolution of concerns.
EliTzi does not intentionally submit client information for training publicly available AI models.
EliTzi shares personal information only as reasonably appropriate to operate its services or as otherwise described here. This may include authorized personnel, professional advisers, payment and accounting providers, website and booking systems, Member Portal providers, document/e-signature tools, communications and conferencing tools, technical support, and other approved processors.
Current systems include Wix for the website, booking and registration; Noloco for the Member Portal and operational records; Stripe for online payments; and QuickBooks Online for accounting. Information may move among systems through authorized integrations.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect legitimate rights or safety, or in a lawful business transition.
EliTzi does not sell personal information. We do not use clients' confidential planning materials for targeted advertising or share those materials for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our website and service platforms use cookies and related technologies for security, site operation, authentication and session management.
Depending on the enabled configuration, providers may also collect usage or analytics information.
We will describe nonessential analytics, advertising or other tracking tools accurately and provide any required notices or choices.
We retain account, membership, research, payment and related information for periods reasonably needed for service delivery, legitimate business operations, accounting, security, dispute resolution, insurance, legal compliance and other applicable obligations.
Expiration of a 30- or 90-day Research Workspace purchase does not automatically delete the member account, saved research, transaction history or engagement records.
EliTzi uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and approved business systems, appropriate to the information involved. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may contact EliTzi to request access to information held about you, correction of inaccuracies, deletion where appropriate, changes to communications preferences, or withdrawal of optional recording or AI-note consent for future sessions, subject to applicable law and practical limits.
We may need to verify identity and authorization before responding. Certain records may be retained where necessary for transactions, service agreements, legal obligations, insurance, security or legitimate recordkeeping. Membership cancellation or expiry alone does not constitute a deletion request.
EliTzi's website Research Desk registration and Member Portal self-registration are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer independent Research Desk registration to minors.
We may revise this Privacy Policy as services, business practices, laws, technology providers or our website change. Updated versions will display a Last Updated date. We may give additional notice of material changes when appropriate or required by law.
