EliTzi Services, Inc. (“EliTzi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you when you visit our website, communicate with us, participate in a Fit Call, or use our Household Logistics Planning services.
EliTzi provides planning and organizational services for individuals, couples, and families. We organize information provided or confirmed by clients into agreed planning materials. Clients remain responsible for their decisions, arrangements, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
The information we collect depends on how you interact with EliTzi and the services you request.
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, communication preferences, scheduling information, information submitted through website forms, the reason you are contacting us, and information needed to determine whether your request fits our services.
During a Fit Call, we may ask generally about your household, the situation creating a need for planning, the anticipated planning period, and the people or planning areas involved.
A Fit Call is an initial discussion and is not a detailed planning consultation.
If you proceed with an engagement, we may collect information reasonably necessary to prepare your planning materials, including information about:

We seek to collect only the information reasonably necessary for the agreed planning scope.
You may provide limited information about household members, children, dependents, relatives, support people, providers, or other planning participants.
By providing another person’s information, you confirm that you have appropriate authority or permission to provide it for the requested planning purpose.
We may maintain billing contact information, invoices, payment status, transaction amounts and dates, and limited identifiers provided by our payment processor.
Complete payment-card numbers and card-security codes are processed by an approved third-party payment provider and are not stored in EliTzi’s own business systems.
Our website and supporting technology may automatically collect limited information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser or device type, pages requested, referring website, date and time of access, session information, and essential cookie identifiers.
Please do not submit highly sensitive information through a general website form, ordinary email, booking request, or Fit Call.
This includes Social Security numbers, complete medical records, complete payment-card information, bank or financial-account credentials, passwords, identification documents, tax records, or other information unrelated to the requested service.
If sensitive information is genuinely needed for an agreed service, EliTzi will tell you how it should be provided.
We may receive information directly from you, from an authorized representative, through website forms and booking requests, during Fit Calls and consultations, through secure Planning Intakes, through agreements or factual reviews, or through approved business systems used for scheduling, payment, communications, electronic signatures, document preparation, and service delivery.
We may use information to respond to inquiries, determine service fit, prepare your proposed scope and price, administer agreements and payments, conduct planning consultations, prepare your Personalized Action Plan and Client Planning Workbook, provide agreed optional services, communicate about your engagement, complete factual reviews, deliver your materials, maintain required business records, protect our systems, and comply with contractual or legal obligations.
We do not use household planning information to diagnose a medical condition, make clinical decisions, or recommend medical treatment.
You may decline recording or AI-assisted note-taking and continue with standard written note-taking.
Recordings, transcripts, and automated summaries may contain errors or omit context. EliTzi reviews relevant information before using it in client planning materials, and clients have an opportunity to review the factual accuracy of their completed documents.
Approved technology providers may process recordings or notes when reasonably necessary for consultation support, preparation of planning materials, quality review, recordkeeping, or resolution of a concern or dispute.
EliTzi does not intentionally use client planning information to train publicly available AI models.
We may share information with approved service providers that support our operations, including providers of website hosting, forms, scheduling, communications, cloud storage, electronic signatures, video meetings, transcription or approved AI-assisted notes, payment processing, accounting, document preparation and delivery, information security, and technical support.
These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services for EliTzi or at the client’s direction.
We may also share information with authorized EliTzi personnel; professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, or insurers; an authorized client representative; a planning participant you authorize us to contact; or through a client-owned tool at your direction.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or legal process, to protect rights, safety, property, or business systems, or in connection with a business financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer.
We Do Not Sell Personal Information
EliTzi does not sell personal information.
We do not use household planning information for targeted advertising or share household planning information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your engagement may involve client-owned or client-selected tools such as a spreadsheet, shared calendar, communication tool, Meal Train page, ride or delivery account, cloud platform, or another approved third-party service.
When a client-managed tool is used:

You own and control the account

You decide who may access it

You control passwords, permissions, payment methods, and account security

The third party’s own privacy policy and terms apply

EliTzi does not control that provider’s independent privacy or security practices
After handoff, EliTzi is not responsible for changes made within a client-managed tool by you or another participant.
Our website may also contain links to third-party websites or services. Those independent services are governed by their own privacy and security practices.
Our website uses essential cookies and similar technologies necessary for website security, stability, session management, content management, and core functionality.
Based on the website configuration reviewed as of the date of this policy, EliTzi does not use separately installed analytics, advertising, or marketing tracking technologies.
If we later add non-essential analytics, advertising, marketing, or similar technologies, we may update our cookie settings and this Privacy Policy accordingly.
Information may be stored in Wix and other approved business systems used for scheduling, communications, electronic signatures, payments, video meetings, document preparation, cloud storage, accounting, recordkeeping, and service delivery.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The appropriate period may depend on the type of information, whether it relates to an active engagement, and applicable contractual, accounting, tax, insurance, security, recordkeeping, or legal requirements.
EliTzi uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our business and the information involved. These may include approved business systems, authentication controls, restricted access, role-based permissions, confidentiality requirements, and secure disposal practices.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may contact EliTzi to request access to information we maintain about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion when applicable, changes to communication preferences, removal from marketing communications, or withdrawal of consent for future optional recording or AI-assisted note-taking.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request.
Some information may need to be retained for agreements, payments, accounting, insurance, security, legal claims, or other lawful business purposes.
The EliTzi website and service forms are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
Information about a child may be provided by a parent, guardian, or other appropriately authorized adult when reasonably necessary for a planning engagement.
EliTzi does not knowingly invite children under 13 to submit information directly through our website or service forms.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, systems, technology providers, website configuration, or information practices change.
When we do, the revised policy will display an updated Last Updated date. When appropriate, we may also provide additional notice of a material change.
