A Fit Call is an initial discussion. It is not a detailed planning consultation.

  • Transportation and handoff arrangements

EliTzi does not diagnose medical conditions, interpret medical records, determine care needs, make clinical decisions, or provide medical advice.

By providing another person’s information, you confirm that you have appropriate authority or permission to provide it for the requested planning purpose.

A participant may decline and continue with standard written note-taking.

 

Recordings, transcripts, and automated summaries may contain errors or omit context. EliTzi reviews relevant information before using it in planning materials. Clients remain responsible for reviewing the factual accuracy of their completed documents.

 

Recordings and notes may be processed through approved business technology providers and retained only as reasonably necessary for:

  • Conducting the consultation

  • Preparing planning materials

  • Quality review

  • Recordkeeping

  • Resolving a concern or dispute

 

Any AI-assisted processing is limited to approved business tools and the purposes described in this policy.

EliTzi does not intentionally use client planning information to train publicly available AI models.

We may share information with service providers that support our business, including providers of:
