Each engagement covers one household, one primary planning location, and a planning period of up to 30 days. You receive a written scope and price before paid work begins.

EliTzi can contact people you identify to confirm limited practical details, such as availability, dates, locations, or a responsibility already discussed. This may include one confirmation request, one reminder, and documentation of the response. You remain responsible for choosing, assigning, and managing each person involved.
Set up your planning tools
Starting at $250
We can help set up a client-managed planning system using Google, Microsoft, Cozi, a household calendar, or another approved method. We may also help you establish a transportation or delivery account in your own name. You choose the provider, own the account, and place every booking yourself.
Learn how to use your system
Starting at $195
Tool Training gives you guided help using your calendar, workbook, planning tool, or client-managed system. This is additional instruction beyond the basic handoff. It does not include ongoing administration or technical support.
Set up a Meal Train
$150
EliTzi can provide limited setup or guidance for a Meal Train using information you approve. You decide what is shared and who participates. EliTzi does not prepare meals, deliver meals, manage volunteers, or administer the Meal Train after handoff.
Receive neutral resource options
$150
Includes one requested category and a neutral list of at least three third-party options based on publicly available information. EliTzi does not recommend, endorse, select, book, or contract with any provider and receives no vendor compensation. The client evaluates the options and selects, contracts with, and pays any provider directly.
Transportation & Delivery Account Setup
$100
Need help getting a ride or delivery account set up? EliTzi can help you create and configure an account with the provider you choose. The account stays in your name and under your control, and you place every booking yourself.
Additional consultation time may be added for $75 per 30 minutes, when you need more time to work through the agreed planning scope.
The purpose, timing, and fee are confirmed in writing before the additional session.
