OUR SERVICE SCOPE

Clear Planning. Defined Responsibilities. Client Control.

EliTzi provides short-term, planning-only Household Logistics Planning for individuals, couples, and families in Georgia.

​

We help clients bring one household’s schedules, responsibilities, coverage arrangements, and practical needs into one clear structure for a defined period.

​

EliTzi does not carry out the plan, make decisions for the client, or manage the household.

Every Personalized Action Plan is limited to:

  • One independently managed household

  • One primary planning location

  • One planning period of 1–30 consecutive calendar days

  • The people and planning areas confirmed in writing

  • The approved deliverables and optional services

  • A defined preparation timeline and fee

  • A clear completion point

 

The planning period is the period in which the client expects to use the completed plan. It is separate from the time EliTzi needs to prepare the materials.

​

Relatives, helpers, and other participants may be involved from different locations, but their separate households are not included.

​

Planning for another household or a later planning period requires a separate scope and quote.

Within the confirmed scope, EliTzi provides:

  • A structured review of the detailed Planning Intake

  • A planning consultation

  • Review of schedules, responsibilities, locations, communication roles, transportation or handoffs, and primary and backup coverage

  • Identification of missing, unclear, conflicting, temporary, or unconfirmed arrangements

  • An editable Personalized Action Plan in Microsoft Word

  • A matching locked PDF

  • A Base Client Planning Workbook in Microsoft Excel

  • An opportunity to review the factual details

  • One consolidated factual-correction round

  • A basic handoff explaining how to use and maintain the completed materials

 

EliTzi organizes information, priorities, arrangements, and decisions provided or confirmed by the client.

EliTzi provides planning and organizational services only.

 

We do not provide or supervise:

  • Healthcare, home care, nursing, clinical services, or case management

  • Childcare, dependent care, pet care, companion services, or personal care

  • Meal preparation, household labor, errands, deliveries, or shopping

  • Driving, transportation, accompaniment, or escort services

  • Medication assistance, safety monitoring, or wellness checks

  • Emergency response, crisis intervention, or continuous availability

 

An Action Plan may document client-confirmed arrangements involving these areas. EliTzi does not perform, arrange, supervise, monitor, or guarantee them.

EliTzi does not provide medical, nursing, clinical, mental-health, social-work, legal, financial, tax, investment, insurance, safety, or other licensed professional advice.

We may organize information and document client-confirmed childcare, dependent-care, transportation, and household arrangements. We do not make professional recommendations about care, treatment, safety, suitability, or provider selection.

​

EliTzi does not select, recommend, refer, evaluate, book, negotiate with, pay, supervise, or monitor providers or vendors.

​

We do not verify credentials, insurance, background checks, availability, safety, suitability, pricing, or performance.

​

EliTzi may document transportation needs and client-confirmed transportation or handoff arrangements. We do not drive, accompany clients, select transportation providers, make bookings, pay charges, monitor trips, or guarantee arrival.

​

Except for limited contact expressly included in an accepted written quote, EliTzi does not contact, assign, schedule, supervise, or guarantee the availability of support people.

The client or authorized adult representative remains responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information

  • Having appropriate authority to share information about other people

  • Making all final decisions and approving arrangements

  • Reviewing planning materials for factual accuracy

  • Selecting and communicating with providers and participants

  • Making appointments, bookings, purchases, agreements, and payments

  • Confirming availability and communicating responsibilities

  • Implementing and maintaining the completed plan

  • Seeking qualified professional advice when needed

 

Clients should avoid providing sensitive information that is not reasonably necessary for the planning service.

The Base Client Planning Workbook is included with every Personalized Action Plan.

​

An enhanced Client-Managed Working Environment, Tool Training, Meal Train Setup, Support Network Confirmation, or another optional service is included only when identified in the accepted written quote.

​

When client-owned accounts or tools are used:

  • The accounts remain owned and controlled by the client

  • Clients should not provide passwords to EliTzi

  • Access must use approved sharing or permission settings

  • Clients control participant access and permissions

  • Clients remain responsible for subscriptions and third-party charges

  • Clients maintain and update the tools after handoff

 

EliTzi does not provide ongoing technical administration, calendar maintenance, data entry, participant follow-up, or task monitoring.

 

Changes made by the client after handoff do not revise the finalized Word or PDF Action Plan, alter EliTzi’s archived final package, or create an ongoing service obligation.

Before paid planning begins, EliTzi confirms the household, planning period, included planning areas, deliverables, optional services, preparation timeline, price, and client responsibilities in writing.

A material change to the people, dates, planning areas, responsibilities, quantities, or deliverables may require:

  • A revised scope

  • An additional fee

  • A revised preparation timeline

  • A new or updated engagement

 

The included factual-correction round is limited to authorized factual corrections within the accepted scope. It does not add new people, planning areas, responsibilities, dates, or materially changed circumstances.

A later planning period is separately scoped and quoted.

​

When the engagement is complete

​

The engagement is complete when:

  • The finalized planning package has been delivered

  • The included factual-correction round has been completed

  • The basic handoff has been provided

  • Any purchased optional services have been completed

 

Delivery does not create an ongoing management, monitoring, implementation, maintenance, or support obligation.

No guarantee of results

 

EliTzi does not guarantee:

  • Continued availability of providers or participants

  • Third-party performance

  • Transportation, product, or service availability

  • That schedules or circumstances will remain unchanged

  • That every possible contingency can be anticipated

  • Completion of every responsibility

  • A particular result or outcome

 

The client remains responsible for monitoring changing circumstances and deciding how to respond.

Emergency and Urgent Situations

EliTzi does not provide emergency response, urgent assistance, crisis intervention, safety monitoring, or continuous availability.

​

For an emergency or immediate safety concern, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

Written Agreement Controls

The Client Services Agreement, accepted quote, confirmed scope, and other signed engagement documents govern the service.

​

If website descriptions differ from the signed and confirmed documents, those documents control.
