OUR SERVICE SCOPE

Clear Planning. Defined Responsibilities. Client Control.

EliTzi provides short-term Household Logistics Planning for individuals, couples and families.

We help organize one household’s schedules, responsibilities, coverage arrangements and practical needs for a defined period. You remain in control of the decisions and the arrangements themselves.

Every Personalized Action Plan has a confirmed scope before paid planning begins.

It includes:

  • One independently managed household

  • One primary planning location

  • A planning period of 1–30 consecutive days

  • The people and planning areas included

  • The agreed deliverables and optional services

  • A confirmed preparation timeline and price

 

The planning period is the period when you expect to use your completed plan. Planning for another household, a later period, or materially different circumstances may require a new scope and quote.

Within your confirmed scope, we:

  • Review your completed Planning Intake

  • Meet with you for a structured planning consultation

  • Organize schedules, responsibilities, locations, communication roles, transportation or handoffs, and primary and backup coverage

  • Identify missing, unclear or unresolved arrangements

  • Prepare your Personalized Action Plan and Client Planning Workbook

  • Give you an opportunity to review the factual details

  • Complete one consolidated factual-correction round

  • Explain how to use and maintain your completed materials

 

EliTzi provides the structure. You make and approve the decisions.

Household Logistics Planning is planning only.

EliTzi does not provide or supervise:

  • Healthcare, home care, nursing, clinical services or case management

  • Childcare, dependent care, pet care, companion services or personal care

  • Meal preparation, housekeeping, errands, shopping or other household work

  • Driving, transportation, accompaniment or escort services

  • Medication assistance, safety monitoring or wellness checks

  • Emergency response, crisis intervention or continuous availability

 

Your Action Plan may include information about these areas when they affect your household logistics, but EliTzi does not perform or supervise the underlying services.

You Choose the People and Providers

EliTzi does not select, hire, contract with, pay, supervise or guarantee providers, vendors or support people. You remain responsible for determining whether any person or provider is appropriate for your household.

Where included in your written scope, EliTzi may provide limited administrative help such as:

  • Confirming agreed details with support people you identify

  • Setting up client-managed planning tools

  • Helping you learn to use those tools

  • Setting up a Meal Train using information you provide

  • Providing neutral local resource options based on your stated needs

  • Helping set up a ride or delivery account with a provider you choose

 

For client-owned accounts, you own and control the account, retain your credentials and payment information, choose the provider, and make every booking, order or purchase yourself.

You Remain in Control

You or your authorized adult representative are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information

  • Making and approving final decisions

  • Reviewing your planning materials for factual accuracy

  • Selecting providers and participants

  • Making bookings, purchases, agreements and payments

  • Confirming availability, permissions and responsibilities

  • Implementing the arrangements in your plan

  • Keeping your client-managed workbook and tools current as circumstances change

 

The workbook is specifically designed so you can continue updating schedules, responsibilities, coverage and next actions during the planning period and beyond. EliTzi does not provide ongoing calendar maintenance, data entry, participant follow-up or task monitoring unless separately agreed.

If Your Situation Changes

Changes to the people, dates, planning areas, responsibilities or requested services may require a revised scope, fee or preparation timeline.

Your included review covers factual corrections within the agreed scope. Adding new planning needs or materially changed circumstances may require a new or updated engagement.

After Delivery

Your engagement is complete when your finalized planning package, included correction round, handoff and any purchased optional services have been completed.

You may continue updating your client-managed workbook after handoff. Those updates do not change EliTzi’s finalized Action Plan or create an ongoing management or monitoring service.

Results Depend on Changing Circumstances

EliTzi cannot guarantee the continued availability or performance of providers or participants, that circumstances or schedules will remain unchanged, that every contingency can be anticipated, or that a particular result will occur.

Emergency Situations

EliTzi does not provide emergency response, crisis intervention, urgent assistance or safety monitoring. For an emergency or immediate safety concern, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Written Agreement Controls

The Client Services Agreement, accepted quote, confirmed scope, and other signed engagement documents govern the service.  If website descriptions differ from the signed and confirmed documents, those documents control.
