These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, online platforms, research tools, planning services, and other offerings provided by EliTzi Services, Inc. (“EliTzi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By registering for an account, purchasing a service, or accessing or using an EliTzi service, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms applicable to the specific service you select.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
Using EliTzi Services
EliTzi provides research, planning, organizational, and support services designed to help individuals and families navigate important life transitions and care-related decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to independently register for an EliTzi account or purchase services, unless EliTzi expressly permits another arrangement in accordance with applicable law.
By using our services, you represent that:

You meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

The information you provide is accurate and current.

You have the authority to enter into an agreement with EliTzi.

When acting on behalf of another individual, you have the necessary authorization to provide information and request services on that person's behalf.
EliTzi may request additional information to verify eligibility, identity, or authorization when reasonably necessary.
EliTzi offers services through distinct service lines, including:

Living Options Research Desk: Online research tools and information to help individuals and families explore senior living and residential options for adults with disabilities.

Planning & Transition Services: Customized planning and organizational resources for hospitalization, returning home, and residential living transitions.

Additional Support Services: Other services that EliTzi may introduce, subject to applicable licensing, regulatory requirements, and service agreements.
The specific scope, deliverables, fees, service periods, and responsibilities associated with each offering are described in the applicable service-specific terms, accepted quote, or Client Services Agreement.
Services that require professional or regulatory authorization will be provided only when EliTzi has obtained the necessary approvals and is legally permitted to provide them.
EliTzi does not provide services beyond the scope of the applicable agreement or authorization.
Certain EliTzi services require registration and access through the EliTzi Member Portal.
Members are responsible for:

Providing accurate registration information.

Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Using their accounts only for authorized purposes.

Promptly notifying EliTzi of suspected unauthorized account access.

Keeping their contact information reasonably current.
Member accounts are intended for the registered individual and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with unauthorized persons.
EliTzi may establish separate permissions for family members, representatives, or other authorized participants when applicable to a purchased service.
Access to one EliTzi service does not automatically provide access to other service lines.
EliTzi reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address security concerns, suspected misuse, or violations of these Terms.
Prices and payment requirements are disclosed before a service purchase or engagement is finalized.
EliTzi may offer fixed-fee services, time-limited online access, and other payment arrangements depending on the service selected.
Payment terms may differ by service and will be described in the applicable checkout process, quote, or Client Services Agreement.
Online payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Members and clients agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize applicable charges for the services they purchase.
Except where otherwise stated, purchasing one service does not include access to another service.
Applicable refund, cancellation, renewal, and expiration conditions are governed by the terms presented for the specific purchase or engagement.
EliTzi may revise prices for future purchases. Price changes will not retroactively increase the agreed charges for previously completed purchases.
EliTzi provides information, research resources, planning guidance, and other services within the scope of the applicable offering.
Clients and authorized decision-makers remain responsible for evaluating options, providing accurate information, and making decisions about their own circumstances or those of individuals they are legally authorized to represent.
For research and planning services, clients are responsible for verifying information with the relevant facilities, organizations, professionals, or providers before making commitments or arrangements.
EliTzi does not guarantee a particular decision, placement, admission, financial result, health outcome, or other outcome.
Where EliTzi is separately engaged to perform specific authorized services, its responsibilities will be governed by the applicable Client Services Agreement and relevant legal requirements.
Information, Privacy & Technology
EliTzi makes reasonable efforts to provide useful, organized, and current information.
However, information obtained from public databases, government agencies, facilities, service providers, and other third-party sources may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or subject to change without notice.
Examples include facility licensing information, prices, services, amenities, availability, eligibility requirements, and contact information.
Clients should independently confirm material information with the appropriate source before making decisions.
EliTzi may correct, update, or remove information from its platforms when necessary.
EliTzi may provide links, information, or guidance concerning third-party services, websites, platforms, facilities, or organizations.
Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, EliTzi does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their independent services, policies, representations, or performance.
Clients who establish accounts or purchase services directly from third parties are responsible for complying with those providers' terms and payment requirements.
Any direct contractual relationship between a client and a third-party provider remains separate from the client's relationship with EliTzi.
EliTzi does not accept referral or placement compensation from facilities listed in its Living Options Research Desk.
The EliTzi name, branding, original content, planning methodologies, research presentations, templates, portal designs, and other proprietary materials are owned by EliTzi or used under appropriate authorization.
Subject to applicable service terms, clients receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the materials made available through their purchased or authorized services for personal or authorized household purposes.
Clients may not, without written permission:

Resell or commercially redistribute EliTzi materials.

Copy or systematically extract substantial portions of the Research Desk database.

Share paid account access with unauthorized individuals.

Represent EliTzi materials as their own professional work.

Attempt to bypass subscription, access, or security restrictions.

Use automated methods to scrape, harvest, or improperly access platform information.
Clients retain ownership of their original information and materials, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary for EliTzi to deliver agreed services.
EliTzi handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Certain services involve sensitive personal, household, family, or care-transition information.
Clients should use designated secure channels when submitting sensitive information and avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary email or general website forms unless specifically instructed.
Access to client-specific materials is restricted to authorized participants and personnel according to the applicable service arrangement.
EliTzi may use third-party technology providers to support its operations, subject to applicable privacy, confidentiality, and data-protection requirements.
Please review the EliTzi Privacy Policy for additional information about data collection, use, sharing, retention, and privacy choices.
EliTzi may use digital tools to facilitate consultations, prepare meeting summaries, organize information, and support service delivery.
Where consultations are recorded, EliTzi will seek any consent required by applicable law.
AI-assisted transcripts, summaries, and organizational outputs may contain errors or omissions and may require human review.
Clients should promptly notify EliTzi if they identify material inaccuracies in information used to prepare their service deliverables.
The use of AI-assisted tools does not replace professional judgment, applicable quality controls, or the service obligations expressly undertaken by EliTzi.
Additional information regarding the processing of recordings and related personal information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
EliTzi uses third-party technology platforms to deliver portions of its website, Research Desk, Member Portal, and Planning Workspaces.
While EliTzi endeavors to maintain reasonable availability, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, platform outages, connectivity problems, security incidents, or circumstances outside EliTzi's reasonable control.
EliTzi may make reasonable changes to platform functionality, provided such changes do not improperly eliminate material benefits of a paid service.
Where reasonably practicable, EliTzi will communicate significant planned changes affecting active paid services.
Legal Terms & Contact
EliTzi's research and planning services are intended to provide informational and organizational assistance within their defined scope.
Unless expressly included in an applicable authorized service agreement, these services do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, professional placement recommendations, or emergency response services.
EliTzi does not guarantee the accuracy or performance of independent third-party facilities, providers, or organizations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable duties associated with licensed services.
Any additional disclaimers or legally permitted limitations of liability will be interpreted consistently with applicable law and the governing service agreement.
EliTzi may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

Fraudulent or unauthorized account activity.

Material violations of these Terms.

Misuse of EliTzi platforms or proprietary information.

Security threats affecting users or systems.
-
Other lawful grounds consistent with an applicable service agreement.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, EliTzi may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination of portal access does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations or override rights provided under applicable law or a separate service agreement.
Expiration of a paid service period is governed by its specific access terms.
EliTzi may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, technology, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.
The most current version will be made available on the EliTzi website with an updated revision date.
Material changes affecting ongoing paid services will be communicated when required by law or the applicable agreement.
Changes will not retroactively modify completed purchases or existing contractual rights except as permitted by law or agreed by the parties.
Continued use of services after revised Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where legally appropriate.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Georgia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other laws that apply.
Specific services may require a separate Client Services Agreement, authorization, consent, or legally mandated disclosure.
If these Terms conflict with a signed Client Services Agreement concerning the scope, delivery, or payment terms of a particular service, the signed agreement will control for that subject unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Living Options Research Desk - Terms of Service
EliTzi Services, Inc. offers an online Living Options Research Desk for individuals and families researching senior living and residential options for adults with disabilities.
Free Explorer access is available at no charge following registration and account activation. Free access provides a limited selection of Research Desk features. EliTzi may update the features included in Free Explorer with appropriate notice.
Members may purchase full Research Workspace access for:

90 days: $69
Both options provide access to Senior Living and Adults with Disabilities research features.
The purchased 30- or 90-day access period begins when EliTzi activates the member's paid Research Workspace following successful payment confirmation. Delays in payment processing or account activation do not reduce the purchased access period.
Paid access remains available for the purchased period unless suspended or terminated under these Terms.
Purchases are fixed-duration access passes and do not automatically renew. Members may purchase additional access. When renewed before expiration, unused paid access time carries forward.
When paid access expires, members retain their accounts and any Free Explorer access for which they are enrolled. Premium research features become unavailable until additional access is purchased.
Research Desk information is provided for informational and organizational purposes. Facility descriptions, licensing information, pricing, availability, amenities, and other details may change.
EliTzi does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, current availability, suitability, or performance of any facility or provider.
Members remain responsible for independently verifying information, evaluating options, and making final decisions.
EliTzi does not accept referral or placement compensation from facilities listed in the Research Desk.
Paid Research Workspace purchases are generally nonrefundable once paid access has been activated, regardless of whether the member uses the available features.
If payment is received but EliTzi cannot activate the purchased access, the member may request a full refund.
Exceptions may be made for accidental duplicate charges, material technical problems that EliTzi cannot reasonably resolve, or other circumstances approved by EliTzi.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Members may purchase additional access at any time.
When additional access is purchased before the current paid period expires, unused access days carry forward.
If paid access has expired, the new access period begins following successful payment confirmation and activation.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
When a purchase is refunded, the corresponding paid access will be adjusted or revoked as appropriate. Free Research Explorer access will remain available unless independently suspended or terminated.
Planning & Transition Services — Terms of Service
EliTzi Services, Inc. (“EliTzi”) provides personalized Planning & Transition Services designed to help individuals and families organize responsibilities, coordinate practical arrangements, and prepare for important care and residential transitions.
Our Planning Services currently include:
Hospitalization & Return-Home Logistics Plan
A customized organizational plan designed to help individuals and families prepare for hospitalization and the transition home. Depending on the agreed scope, the plan may address household responsibilities, schedules, practical preparations, communication arrangements, support networks, and follow-up tasks.
Residential Living Transition Plan
A customized organizational plan designed to assist individuals and families with the practical aspects of transitioning to a residential living community. Depending on the agreed scope, the plan may address preparation activities, moving arrangements, documentation, family responsibilities, timelines, and transition-related tasks.
Each Planning Service is customized to the client's circumstances and governed by an accepted quote, Client Services Agreement, and any applicable service-specific terms.
Planning Services are separate from Living Options Research Desk memberships. Purchasing a Planning Service does not automatically include Free or Paid Research Desk access.
Unless expressly included in the applicable agreement, Planning Services do not include personally performing tasks, making arrangements on the client's behalf, providing transportation, delivering hands-on assistance, or furnishing medical, nursing, legal, or financial advice.
Any additional service must be separately authorized and provided only when EliTzi is legally permitted to offer it.
Planning Services begin through an initial consultation, intake process, or other approved service-request procedure.
Following a review of the client's needs, EliTzi may provide a written quote or service proposal identifying the applicable service, scope, deliverables, fees, and other relevant conditions.
An engagement is established only after:

The client accepts the applicable quote or service proposal.

The required payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Any required Client Services Agreement or authorization has been completed.
EliTzi is not obligated to commence professional planning work before these conditions have been satisfied.
Once the engagement is established, EliTzi will communicate the next steps for gathering information, developing the customized plan, and delivering the agreed services.
The anticipated completion schedule may depend on the timely receipt of necessary information, client participation, requested clarifications, and other circumstances reasonably affecting service delivery.
Additional work outside the accepted scope may require a separate quote, agreement, and payment.
EliTzi develops Planning Services using information provided by the client and other authorized sources, together with its organizational processes, planning tools, and professional judgment.
The planning process may include information gathering, preparation of a customized plan, internal review, clarification of relevant details, and publication of the approved plan.
Plan Delivery
The customized plan is delivered when EliTzi has completed its applicable review and approval process and published or otherwise provided the agreed deliverable to the client.
Publication of the approved plan establishes the beginning of the client's applicable Planning Workspace access period.
Included Revisions
Where the purchased service includes a revision, EliTzi will provide that revision in accordance with the scope, timing, and conditions specified in the accepted Client Services Agreement.
Revisions are intended to clarify, correct, or reasonably refine the agreed planning deliverable. Material changes in circumstances, new planning objectives, or requests that substantially expand the original scope may require a separate engagement or additional fee.
Professional Service Completion
EliTzi's professional planning obligations are considered fulfilled when the agreed deliverables have been provided and any included revision obligations have been satisfied, subject to the applicable Client Services Agreement.
The client's continued access to the Planning Workspace does not extend EliTzi's professional planning obligations or create an ongoing service-monitoring arrangement.
Clients who purchase eligible Planning Services receive access to the EliTzi Planning Workspace through the Member Portal.
The Workspace provides a centralized location for viewing approved planning information, managing tasks, monitoring progress, and coordinating permitted activities with authorized participants.
Standard Workspace Access Periods

Hospitalization & Return-Home Logistics Plan: 90 days.

Residential Living Transition Plan: 180 days.
The applicable access period begins when EliTzi publishes the approved customized plan, not when the quote is accepted, payment is received, or the engagement is initially created.
Each purchased Planning Service has its own access period. Purchasing multiple services does not automatically combine or extend the access periods of unrelated engagements.
Task Management and Progress Tracking
The Planning Workspace may include approved EliTzi planning tasks, checklists, schedules, and other organizational resources.
Clients and authorized participants may update permitted task information, including completion status and other designated fields.
The Workspace may display two progress indicators:

EliTzi Plan Progress: Progress based on the approved EliTzi planning tasks.

Overall Progress: Progress based on both EliTzi planning tasks and additional client-created tasks.
Clients may create their own tasks where this functionality is available. Such tasks will be identified as “Client-Added Tasks” and maintained separately from EliTzi's approved professional planning content.
Client-added tasks do not become professional recommendations or instructions from EliTzi merely because they appear in the Workspace.
Clients and authorized participants may not modify or replace EliTzi's approved professional instructions, controlled templates, or final published documents.
Authorized Family Members and Participants
A client may request Workspace participation by family members or other individuals who are appropriately authorized to assist with the relevant planning engagement.
Access is subject to EliTzi's identity, authorization, confidentiality, and portal-permission procedures.
Each participant is responsible for maintaining the security of their individual account and using shared information only for authorized purposes.
Access to one Planning Workspace does not automatically authorize access to another client's records or unrelated engagements.
Expiration and Extensions
At the end of the applicable access period, the member's ability to use the associated Planning Workspace will expire unless EliTzi has authorized an extension.
An extension, if offered, may require an additional fee and does not include new professional planning work unless expressly agreed.
EliTzi may retain engagement records after Workspace access expires in accordance with its Privacy Policy, applicable law, and recordkeeping obligations.
Successful planning depends on timely communication, accurate information, and appropriate participation by the client and authorized individuals.
Clients are responsible for:

Providing reasonably accurate, complete, and current information relevant to the engagement.

Identifying authorized decision-makers and participants.
-
Reviewing planning materials and communicating material corrections or concerns.

Making final decisions concerning personal, family, residential, medical, and financial matters.

Completing or arranging the implementation of planning tasks unless EliTzi has separately agreed to perform particular authorized services.

Independently confirming information, requirements, availability, and arrangements with relevant third parties.

Maintaining the confidentiality of their Member Portal credentials and appropriately safeguarding information shared with other participants.
EliTzi's Planning Services are organizational and informational in nature.
Unless expressly provided through a separately authorized and appropriately licensed service, EliTzi does not undertake responsibility for medical care, nursing services, legal representation, financial management, placement decisions, emergency response, or hands-on personal assistance.
EliTzi does not guarantee admission to a residential community, acceptance by a service provider, the availability of a particular resource, or any specific care, health, financial, or transition outcome.
Clients remain responsible for determining whether proposed arrangements are appropriate for their circumstances and for seeking advice from qualified professionals where needed.
No Ongoing Task Monitoring
After the customized plan has been delivered and EliTzi's included professional obligations have been fulfilled, the Planning Workspace is provided as a client-managed organizational resource.
Unless separately agreed in writing, EliTzi does not continuously monitor task progress, independently verify task completion, follow up on overdue activities, or assume responsibility for implementing the plan.
The availability of task tracking, reminders, or progress indicators does not constitute an emergency-monitoring or ongoing care-coordination service.
Planning & Transition Services are customized professional services. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the stage of the engagement, the work already completed, and the terms of the applicable Client Services Agreement.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
A client may request cancellation in writing before EliTzi begins professional planning work.
Where no work has commenced and no separately disclosed nonrefundable charges have been incurred, EliTzi will ordinarily provide a full refund, subject to applicable law and the accepted agreement.
Cancellation After Work Begins
If cancellation occurs after professional planning work has commenced but before delivery of the approved plan, EliTzi will determine any applicable refund based on the work completed, outstanding obligations, and the cancellation provisions in the Client Services Agreement.
Any nonrefundable portion or cancellation charge must be supported by the applicable agreement and permitted by law.
Cancellation After Plan Delivery
Once the customized plan has been delivered and EliTzi has fulfilled the applicable professional service obligations, the completed service fee is generally nonrefundable, except as required by law, provided under the Client Services Agreement, or otherwise approved by EliTzi.
Any outstanding included revision obligation remains subject to the applicable agreement.
Workspace Access After Cancellation
Cancellation of professional services does not automatically establish a right to continued Planning Workspace access.
Any continued access, early termination, or refund adjustment will be determined under the applicable Client Services Agreement and relevant legal requirements.
The availability of unused Workspace days does not independently establish a right to a refund after the professional planning service has been completed.
Service Termination
EliTzi may suspend or terminate an engagement where reasonably necessary because of material contract violations, safety or security concerns, inability to obtain required information or authorization, or other lawful circumstances.
Any refund or outstanding obligation arising from termination will be determined in accordance with the applicable agreement and applicable law.
