About the role
At ElitZi Services, care is about more than completing a checklist. Our team helps individuals and families navigate traditional care and short-term periods of change—including returning home after hospitalization, recovering from procedures and managing temporary increases in personal care needs.
As a PCA, you’ll deliver authorized nonmedical personal care and practical assistance in clients’ homes, following individualized service plans, training and ElitZi’s care coordination process.

What you'll do

Assist with approved activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and eating.

Support mobility and transfers only within verified training, competency and assignment requirements.

Help clients follow daily routines during hospital-to-home or post-procedure recovery periods.

Provide permitted meal preparation and light housekeeping related to the service plan.

Observe and promptly report changes in client condition, concerns and safety risks.

Document visits accurately and communicate with the care coordination team.

Follow infection prevention, confidentiality, client-rights and professional conduct standards.
What we’re looking for

Meets applicable Georgia PCA qualifications and training requirements for assigned duties.

Prior professional caregiving, home care, hospital or related experience preferred.

Willingness to complete required screenings, onboarding, training and competency checks.

Strong reliability, communication, judgment and accurate documentation skills.

Ability to travel reliably to assigned client locations throughout Metro Atlanta.

Availability for agreed assignments; evening and weekend opportunities may arise.

Pay: $13–$18+ per hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Employment: W-2; current opportunities are part-time and PRN.

PCAs perform authorized nonmedical tasks only as permitted by Georgia requirements, verified competencies and each client's service plan. PCAs do not perform nursing procedures, independently make clinical decisions or transport clients in personal vehicles as part of ElitZi services.
